Freedom and fresh air is all part of the experience when you stay at Graythwaite Home Farm. We offer a range of individual self-catering holiday cottages. If your priority is convenience, the converted farmstead is ideal - with a children’s play area, table tennis room, swimming pool and fitness suite. Something more private? Secluded cottages and conversions within the estate’s grounds allow you to relax in style and take in the tranquil surroundings. Some are on Lake Windermere all have breath taking views.
Properties range in size from small cottages for two to large conversions sleeping ten. We pride our self on maintaining high standards, all premises have central heating, open fire or wood buring stove (Logs provided) and modern kitchen appliances as standard. To assure you of an enjoyable stay at Graythwaite we believe in high levels of personal service. Although we will never intrude on your peace and quiet, there’s always someone to assist you and provide information should you require it.
Be it a romantic break for two or a large family gathering, our speciality is traditional yet modern accommodation in a beautiful location. All cottages are finished to the highest standard with comfort in mind and modern kitchens are of course equipped with everything you could wish for, microwave, a large fridge / freezer and washing machines come as standard, the most cottages have a dishwasher. If you are planning to visit the Lakes during the winter months, rest assured that each cottage has central heating and an open fire or wood-burning stove to guarantee a cosy stay.
